Product Description
ABS/PMMA composite sanitary ware panel: manufactured via PMMA–ABS co-extrusion, it retains the surface rigidity and gloss of acrylic while benefiting from the impact resistance of ABS. It offers excellent formability, superior resistance to high and low temperatures, wear, and corrosion, as well as outstanding machinability. It is used in bathroom products such as bathtubs, shower enclosures, steam rooms, and washbasins.
ABS and HIPS/GPPS refrigerator panel production lines: These include ABS panels, fluorine-free ABS panels, antibacterial ABS panels, high-gloss HIPS composite panels, and HIPS panels with resistance to 141b. The products exhibit excellent low-temperature toughness, impact resistance, and chemical stability. They are primarily used for refrigerator and freezer door liners, inner liners, drawers, drain pans, water dispensers, and similar applications.
ABS automotive (luggage) panels: available in leather‑grain finish, matte leather‑grain finish, flame‑retardant leather‑grain finish, and more. They exhibit excellent thermoplasticity, flame retardancy, and high impact resistance. Applications include interior roof panels and instrument panels for cars and buses; seat back panels, door panels, window frames; motorcycle bodywork; as well as various rolling suitcases, luggage cases, and leisure bags.
ABS Thick Sheet: ABS sheet is an emerging material in the sheet‑material industry. Its English name, Acrylonitrile‑butadiene‑styrene, reflects its status as a high‑volume, widely used polymer. It organically combines the properties of PS, SAN, and BS, delivering excellent mechanical performance that balances toughness, hardness, and rigidity. ABS sheet boasts good impact strength, superior dimensional stability, excellent dyeability, favorable molding and machining characteristics, high mechanical strength, high stiffness, low water absorption, outstanding corrosion resistance, easy joinability, and being non‑toxic and odorless. It also exhibits excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties. It resists heat without deforming and maintains high impact toughness even at low temperatures. Additionally, it is a hard material that is resistant to scratching and deformation, with low water absorption and high dimensional stability. Conventional ABS sheets are not particularly white but offer good toughness; they can be cut with shearing machines or punched using dies. Applications: food‑processing components, architectural models, prototype fabrication, electronic‑industry parts, refrigeration equipment, the electronics and electrical appliance sector, the pharmaceutical industry, and more.
