PP Thick-Plate Production Line: PP thick plates are widely used in the chemical industry, food industry, corrosion‑resistant applications, purification systems, and the manufacture of environmental protection equipment. The 2000 mm‑wide PP thick‑plate production line is a newly developed, highly stable system from Jinwei. It can employ a tandem configuration of two extruders to produce glass‑fiber‑reinforced PP thick plates.
PE Thick-Board Production Line: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets are widely used in industries such as chemical engineering and power generation. HDPE sheets can also serve as engineering plastics in machinery and chemical equipment, and are extensively employed in the manufacture of ice hockey rink wall panels.
ABS Thick-Board Production Line: ABS thick boards are widely used in the home appliance, electronics, packaging, and medical device industries, as well as in the thermoforming sector.
PVDF Sheet Production Line: PVDF sheets are high-purity panels produced by extruding polyvinylidene fluoride resin at elevated temperatures. The extrusion process does not incorporate any additives, such as UV stabilizers, heat stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, or flame retardants. These sheets are widely used across numerous industrial sectors, including petrochemicals, power generation, metallurgy, papermaking, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and the nuclear industry, and are particularly well suited for conveying ultrapure chemical reagents in purified water systems and the semiconductor industry.
PVC thick‑sheet and transparent‑sheet production line: Rigid PVC thick sheets are widely used in industries such as chemical processing, petroleum, electroplating, water purification equipment, environmental protection equipment, mining, medical electronics, telecommunications, corrosion‑resistant vessels, protective covers for electrical equipment, light boxes, and advertising signage.
