Jinwei’er Machinery has independently developed a profile‑processing auxiliary machine tailored for the European and American markets. This model has been successfully exported to the United States, Turkey, Poland, Russia, and other countries and regions. Compared with conventional domestic profile‑processing auxiliaries, it features low energy consumption (saving more than 21% of energy), water conservation (thanks to an independent dual‑circulation system and a specially enlarged water tank), high efficiency, user‑friendly operation, and a highly ergonomic design.
PVC steel‑plastic profiles and PVC, PE, PP wood‑plastic production lines
Currently, wood‑plastic extrusion lines are available in two configurations: a one‑step process and a two‑step process. The one‑step method is typically used for producing PVC‑based wood‑plastic products, while the two‑step method is employed for PP/PE‑based wood‑plastic products. The screw and barrel are treated with a bimetallic coating, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance, superior mixing and plasticization, high output, and energy efficiency. They can accommodate fillers such as wood flour or other plant fibers at loadings of up to 50–70%. An optimized screw design generates low shear, minimizing the risk of breaking wood fibers and ensuring uniform residence time of the material within the machine. The extruder supports both single‑stage direct extrusion with two‑stage mixing and two‑step extrusion following pelletizing, saving energy and space while delivering high throughput, stable extrusion pressure, and outstanding plasticization and blending performance.
This production line is capable of manufacturing PE, PP, or PVC wood‑plastic composite profiles, primarily used for pallets, packaging crates, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, and more, with a wide range of applications. By adding or replacing various components, it can also produce PVC‑steel profiles, ceiling panels, window sills, wall‑mounted panels, corrugated sheets, as well as wood‑plastic flooring, guardrails, door panels, door frames, moldings, and other building‑material products. It is an ideal choice for producing a full range of WPC products, including wood‑plastic pallets, indoor and outdoor flooring, guardrails, boardwalk decking, and outdoor landscape elements.
Company product lineup: one-step wood‑plastic thick‑board extrusion equipment; one-step wood‑plastic profile extrusion equipment; one-step wood‑plastic decorative profile extrusion equipment; wood‑plastic pelletizing equipment; and a full range of wood‑plastic molds. Drawing on advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, our company has successfully developed customized profile production lines tailored to customer needs. The complete line comprises a single‑screw or twin‑screw extruder, a vacuum calibration table, a haul‑off unit, a cutting machine, a material‑turning rack, and other components. The main extruder is equipped with an imported AC variable‑frequency drive, while the temperature control instruments are sourced from Japan’s RKC or Fuji.
