PVC commercial foam‑backed roll flooring is a new, lightweight floor‑covering material that enjoys widespread trust in China, often referred to as “lightweight flooring.” Made primarily from polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resins, it incorporates fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, foaming agents, colorants, and other additives. The material is extruded into a PVC foam substrate, upon which the wear layer and printed layer are integrally embossed and laminated in a single process.
PVC commercial foam‑backed sheet flooring is a highly popular product that has gained widespread acclaim both domestically and internationally. Introduced to the Chinese market in the early 1980s, it has since earned broad recognition across major and medium-sized cities in China and is extensively used in a wide range of settings, including homes, hospitals, schools, office buildings, factories, public spaces, supermarkets, and various commercial venues.
