Jinwei’er Machinery Co., Ltd.’s production line for plastic transparent sheet extrusion fully incorporates and masters world‑class extrusion technologies from Europe and the United States. PC polycarbonate sheets: used for distinctive decorative elements and pavilions in gardens and amusement parks; interior and exterior finishes for commercial buildings; curtain walls on modern urban skyscrapers; transparent containers for aviation, motorcycle windshields, and applications in aircraft, trains, ships, automobiles, motorboats, submarines, and glassware; telephone booths, advertising billboards, illuminated signboard displays, and exhibition setups; as well as noise barriers along highways and urban elevated roadways.
PMMA light guide plate: It directs the luminous flux from LED point sources to achieve uniform distribution across the entire surface, leveraging reflection to maximize luminous flux utilization and precisely control light distribution.
PC and GPPS diffusion plates: scatter luminous flux to ensure uniform light distribution (some composite diffusion plates, in addition to homogenizing light, can also control the emission angle), while supporting the backlight structure and protecting the underlying optical components from damage.
PMMA (acrylic), GPPS, and MS sheets are widely used in instrument and meter components, lighting fixtures, interior decoration, building materials, aircraft and automotive parts, medical devices, handicrafts, electrical insulation materials, specimen displays, signage, as well as a variety of light industrial, educational, and household products.
PET (Modified) Transparent Thick Sheets: These PET thick sheets are manufactured using both standard APET resin and specially modified PET resins. With their superior cost‑performance ratio, they can replace PC, PMMA, and GPPS sheets in many applications, such as construction, interior decoration, and advertising. Our equipment is capable of producing APET and PETG sheets up to 8 mm thick.
