The Jinwei ultra‑clear PVC soft sheet (crystal sheet) production line uses a single‑screw extruder to produce PVC pellets. Its unique screw design, combined with Jinwei’s vacuum hopper, delivers an exceptionally transparent finish, while the finished product remains flexible even in extreme cold down to –30°C. In terms of auxiliary equipment, the system is engineered according to a multi‑purpose principle: without any modifications to the machinery, it can continuously produce PVC door curtains with three distinct patterns.
Features of the ultra-transparent PVC soft sheet extrusion line:
* The screw is designed with a special compounding function and high plasticizing capability.
* The hanger-type die features a special dual‑throttle design, enabling more precise adjustment of sheet thickness.
* Temperature control within ±1°C ensures precise regulation of the plasticizing process, as well as consistent product thickness and surface flatness.
* The three-roll calender is available in horizontal, vertical, or 45-degree inclined configurations and features a freely adjustable lifting mechanism.
* Sheet thickness is controlled by screw adjustment and bi-directional roller pressure adjustment.
