SPC flooring is manufactured by a conical twin-screw extruder to produce the floor substrate, which is then passed through a three- or four-roll calendering machine. This process laminates a PVC decorative film, a PVC wear layer, and the PVC substrate into a single, embossed composite.

PVC Commercial Foam Roll Flooring Extrusion Production Line

PVC commercial foam‑backed sheet flooring is a new, lightweight floor‑covering material that enjoys considerable trust in China; it is also known as “lightweight flooring.” Made primarily from polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resins, it incorporates fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, foaming agents, colorants, and other additives. The material is extruded into a PVC foam substrate, after which the wear layer and printed layer are integrally embossed and laminated onto the substrate in a single step.
