What are the applications and maintenance procedures for sheet extruders?
As the pace of life continues to accelerate, people’s daily habits have also evolved, including the upgrading and replacement of everyday consumer goods. The advent of plastic products has, in many ways, transformed certain aspects of our lifestyles. Sheet extruders are the key equipment used to manufacture these plastic products.

PP+Glass Fiber Impregnated CFRT Sheet Production Line
The PP+glass fiber‑impregnated CFRT sheet production line is designed to manufacture composite sheets consisting of glass fiber strands and PP resin. After the glass fiber strands are unwound, they pass through a strand‑straightening and heating unit before entering the mold, where they are co‑extruded with molten PP resin into a three‑roller calender. Following cooling and shaping, the material attains the desired thickness, and is then wound up under stress‑relief conditions. The resulting PP‑glass fiber panels exhibit excellent rigidity, exceptional high‑temperature resistance, extremely low warpage, and superior flame retardancy, making them suitable for many applications as a cost‑effective alternative to high‑performance engineering plastics. We welcome both new and existing customers from home and abroad to visit our company for guidance and to discuss potential collaborations—we are committed to providing you with top‑quality equipment and services.
Do you know what the characteristics of a sheet‑material production line are?
As society continues to develop, the application of mechanical equipment in our daily lives is becoming increasingly widespread, and its role is growing ever more important. At this point, we’ve all come to recognize the significance of machinery across various sectors. Today, plastic products are extensively used in our everyday lives, and naturally, plastic‑processing machinery and equipment are indispensable in this field. Sheet‑extrusion lines are one such example. Do you know what makes a plastic sheet‑production line unique? Let me give you a brief overview.
Trends in EVA Film Technology for Photovoltaic Applications
Photovoltaic encapsulant films are used to bond solar cells and cover glass, with technological upgrades occurring at the system level. As cell technologies have become increasingly stable, even in the face of industry trends toward new cell architectures such as PERC‑to‑TOPCon and HIT, encapsulant materials can generally meet evolving requirements. Older production lines can only be upgraded by modifying certain process steps and equipment. The prevailing technological trend is to enhance reliability while maintaining performance, all while achieving stringent cost control.

Common Problems and Their Solutions in the PVC Sheet Production Process
Compared with other extruded plastic products, the production of skin‑formed, low‑foam PVC articles not only requires excellent plasticization and molding under a specified melt pressure, but also imposes specific technical requirements on the size, number, and uniformity of the foam cells, as well as on the skin layer’s thickness, hardness, gloss, and surface finish. The quality of the foamed structure depends not only on the formulation and raw materials, but is also directly influenced and constrained by factors such as the extruder screw’s shear performance, melt pressure, temperature, extrusion (traction) speed, die lip clearance, sizing‑die gap, and cooling‑water temperature. Consequently, skin‑formed foamed plastic products present greater technical challenges than conventional extruded plastics, leaving numerous unresolved issues—both practical and theoretical—that warrant further investigation and resolution by industry professionals.
