Introduction to the ETFE Film Production Line
1. An extruder fabricated from a specialized high-temperature and corrosion-resistant steel, enabling the stable extrusion of fluoroplastics.
2. In view of the unique properties of fluoropolymer materials, we have designed specialized screw and die‑head configurations, coupled with tailored forming and winding processes, to enable rationalized, factory‑based, large‑scale production of fluoroplastic products.
3. The equipment features a high‑end configuration, a practical and well‑thought‑out design, PLC‑based touch‑screen control, and integrated interlock protection, ensuring ease of use and reliable operation.
