EVA solar cell encapsulant is used for encapsulating solar cells. After lamination and curing, it provides adhesion and sealing, offering high light transmittance, resistance to moisture ingress, excellent thermal stability, and UV resistance, thereby ensuring the stable, high‑efficiency performance of the module. It is a durable and reliable encapsulation material.
Performance characteristics of the Jinwei EVA encapsulant film production line:
(1) The extruder for EVA melt‑blowing employs an EVA single‑screw extrusion process, and a constant‑temperature water‑circulation cooling system for the barrel effectively addresses the technical challenges of EVA plasticization and preventing crosslinking.
(2) The roller body features double-sided embossing and addresses the technical challenges associated with adhesive film sticking to the roller.
(3) The cooling section employs cooling rollers and a stress-relief cooling bed to ensure smooth web travel and thorough stabilization, thereby guaranteeing a shrinkage rate of less than 3%.
(4) The entire production line is equipped with fully automatic PLC control, enabling operation via a human–machine interface.
(5) The production line is equipped with an online quality monitoring and control system, ensuring a high product pass rate.
(6) Design a micro-tension winder; the entire production line can achieve a line speed of up to 14 m/min.
