Product Description
The MDO longitudinal stretching production line can process materials such as PET, PP, PE, and PVDF. Its products are used in electronic packaging, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, hardware packaging, lightbox fabrics, toy boxes, stationery boxes, gift boxes, decorative materials, and industrial anti-corrosion protection, among other applications.
Jinwei’s uniaxial stretching production lines are categorized as follows: PET uniaxial stretching line; PP uniaxial stretching line; PE uniaxial stretching line; special-material uniaxial stretching line; and PVDF uniaxial stretching line.
The equipment employs co-extrusion technology using a single extruder or multiple extruders, equipped with a precision distributor to ensure uniform layering and adjustable layer ratios. It features tablet‑press configurations—horizontal, vertical, or inclined—for enhanced ease of operation and maintenance. The rollers are driven independently, with linear speed synchronized to the extruder’s rotational speed. The entire system is controlled by a PLC, enabling automated management of parameter settings, data processing and feedback, as well as alarm functions.
