The hanger‑type die features a unique dual‑throttle design with coarse and fine adjustment, enabling more precise control over sheet thickness. The three‑roller calendering units manufactured by Jinwei’er offer temperature control within ±1°C, ensuring precise regulation of the plasticization process as well as sheet thickness, flatness, and surface gloss. For sheets made from different materials, appropriately matched three‑roller calenders are selected, further optimizing the production process.
