Product Features
PEEK film exhibits high heat resistance and excellent electrical properties. Notably, it boasts outstanding chemical resistance, hydrolytic stability, radiation resistance, and flame retardancy. Its transparency is comparable to that of polyester. In terms of electrical performance, PEEK film maintains a stable dielectric constant over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies, with low values, making it well suited for applications such as high‑performance composite materials (including laminates reinforced with glass cloth and carbon‑fiber‑reinforced sheets), FPC circuit boards, temperature‑controlled films, heat‑resistant electrical insulation tapes, and barrier films for switches and sensors.
Production Line Advantages
1. The entire production line is driven by servo motors, ensuring stable plasticization; the screw is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, with high hardness; the barrel temperature reaches 450°C.
2. Hanger-type flow‑channel die head, ensuring uniform extrusion with no material stagnation; high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance.
3. All three rollers are equipped with mold temperature controllers, and the internal flow channels feature a specialized design to ensure uniform roller surface temperature.
4. The screw, barrel, die head, and cast‑film auxiliary equipment have all undergone special treatment to meet the requirements of high‑temperature material processing.
