POE Polyolefin Elastomer: Basic Characteristics:
1. POE exhibits the typical characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers: the flexible, coiled structure of the octene segments and the crystalline ethylene chains serve as physical crosslinking points, endowing it with both excellent toughness and good processability.
2. It has a low price and a relatively low density, resulting in a favorable cost per unit volume.
3. Excellent heat and cold resistance, with a wide operating temperature range;
4. Weather resistance and excellent aging resistance: Since the POE polymer structure contains no unsaturated double bonds, it exhibits outstanding aging stability.
5. Oil resistance, resistance to permanent compression set, and wear resistance are relatively poor;
6. POE has a narrow molecular weight distribution, excellent flowability, and good compatibility with polyolefins.
7. Good flowability can enhance the dispersion of fillers and also improve the weld line strength of the molded part.
Performance characteristics of the Jinwei POE film production line:
1. The extruder for producing drool‑like material employs multi‑machine co‑extrusion with a single‑screw POE extruder, coupled with a constant‑temperature water‑circulation cooling system for the barrel.
2. The roller body features double-sided embossing.
3. The cooling section employs cooling rollers and a stress-relief cooling bed to ensure smooth web travel and thorough stabilization, guaranteeing a shrinkage rate of less than 3%.
4. The entire production line is equipped with fully automatic PLC control, enabling operation via a human–machine interface.
5. The production line is equipped with an online quality monitoring and control system to ensure product pass rates.
6. Design a micro-tension winding machine.
