Product Description
Common PP/PS sheet extrusion lines include single‑machine, single‑layer sheet lines and twin‑extruder co‑extrusion three‑layer sheet lines; there are also multi‑extruder co‑extrusion multilayer lines capable of producing up to 7–9 layers, such as high‑barrier EVOH multilayer co‑extruded sheets. This equipment can process polyolefin materials like PP, PS, and PE.
Jinweier PP/PS Sheet Production Line:
Using co-extrusion technology with multiple extruders, we produce multilayer co-extruded composite PP and PS sheets—such as ABA, ABCBA, ABCDCBA and other multilayer structures—that are widely used in thermoforming, printing, metal‑hardware packaging, electronic trays, flocking, food packaging, apparel, tooling, toys, stationery sheets, decorative panels, and more.
* Equipped with a precision dispenser, ensuring uniform layering; the proportion of each layer is adjustable, with digital precision control.
* The inclined tablet compression design makes operation and maintenance more convenient.
* Independent drive for the roller, with closed-loop control of linear speed synchronized to the extruder’s rotational speed.
* The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, enabling automated control of parameter settings, data processing and feedback, alarm functions, and more.
* Jinwei independently developed the electronic control operating system.
Main applications of PP/PS sheets:
* PP/PS thermoformed sheet material
* Single-layer PP/PS sheets, co-extruded two-color PP/PS sheets, and double-sided high-transparency PP sheets, among others, are used in the thermoforming packaging industry.
* PP stationery sheet
* PP transparent sheets, frosted sheets (coarse-grit and fine-grit), two-tone sheets, and other sheet materials used in the stationery packaging industry.
* PP micro‑foamed sheets: PP foamed sheets offer distinct advantages. Those with a density greater than 0.45 g/cm³ exhibit excellent flexural resilience and resistance to deformation, making them highly promising for use in folder applications. PP foamed sheets with a density of 0.6 g/cm³ demonstrate superior mechanical properties, opening up vast potential in automotive interior trim. They can be processed into carpet backing materials, sun visors, sound‑insulating panels, luggage racks, interior trim components, lids, and enclosures, among other applications. Meanwhile, PP foamed sheets at a density of 0.3 g/cm³ provide outstanding flexibility and resilience, making them well suited for packaging, partition boards, and similar uses.
