Jinwei’er Machinery specializes in manufacturing advanced PP hollow‑core construction formwork production lines. Drawing on and refining domestic extrusion technologies, our equipment features two single‑screw extruders or a combination of a single‑screw extruder and a parallel twin‑screw extruder, followed by a hydraulic screen changer, die, shaping unit, primary haul‑off, annealing furnace, cooling tank, secondary haul‑off, cross‑cutting machine, and conveyor. We have supplied complete production systems to numerous enterprises both domestically and internationally. In the industry, the original O‑shaped hollow structure has evolved into T‑shaped, V‑shaped, N‑shaped, and grid‑type configurations; among these, the grid‑type design has gained market acceptance due to its favorable balance of material usage and structural performance. Products manufactured on this line exhibit smooth surfaces, tight dimensional tolerances, and a host of advantages, including nailability, planability, corrosion resistance, and excellent flame retardancy. Compared with traditional formwork, this type of construction formwork offers the following characteristics:

1. Excellent water resistance. Even when fully immersed in water for several days, it will not deform due to moisture. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, highly corrosion‑resistant, and does not rot or rust, making it particularly suitable for use in damp environments such as basement projects and bridge piers on highways and railways.

2. It is non‑adhesive and non‑sticky to cement, making demolding easy after construction and preventing deformation caused by cement adhesion.

3. Plastic formwork features a smooth, glossy surface that requires no release agent, thereby reducing cleaning and maintenance costs. Structures built using this formwork exhibit a smooth, even finish, eliminating the need for secondary finishing.

4. Lightweight, highly efficient to use, easy to erect and dismantle formwork, with low labor intensity during handling and high construction productivity.

Conversely, the textured surface facilitates better adhesion with plaster layers; in particular, when applied to bridge piers, it not only achieves a decorative finish but also, thanks to its unique diffuse light‑reflection properties, minimizes glare that could impair drivers’ vision, thus providing an important safety benefit.
