SPC flooring is manufactured using a conical twin-screw extruder to produce the floor substrate, which is then passed through a three- or four-roll calendering machine. This process laminates a PVC decorative film, a wear‑resistant PVC layer, and the PVC substrate into a single, embossed composite. The production process is simple, easy to operate, and relies on heat for bonding—no adhesives are required.
