Applications of TPO waterproof membrane production lines: These membranes are manufactured by extruding a thermoplastic polyolefin compounded with antioxidants, anti‑aging agents, plasticizers, and other additives. They feature an intermediate reinforcement layer of polyurethane mesh and a surface coated with textile fibers and aluminum foil, making them a new generation of waterproofing sheets. TPO waterproof membranes exhibit excellent weather resistance and flexibility, and are primarily used in roofing, basement, tunnel, and other building waterproofing projects.
The Jinwei TPO waterproof membrane production line is a TPO‑specific model jointly developed by our company, drawing on years of customer‑driven manufacturing experience. Its design philosophy and technological sophistication set industry‑wide benchmarks, delivering stable operation, high throughput, and a low defect rate, while featuring user‑friendly controls. Test results show that its multilayer TPO waterproof membranes achieve industry‑leading peel strength. The line can produce homogeneous TPO membranes (H‑type), fiber‑backed membranes (L‑type), and fabric‑reinforced membranes (P‑type). With a straightforward architecture and easy operation, it can be configured with various equipment modules to meet customer specifications, enabling the manufacture of single‑layer and multilayer composite products. Additionally, an unwind unit can be added to produce internally reinforced membranes or surface‑laminated nonwoven‑covered products.
