By replacing traditional water-based “Gangbao” with TPU low-temperature hot-melt adhesive for shoe uppers and linings, it delivers superior production efficiency, ensures a crisp, well‑shaped, and smoothly rounded silhouette that resists deformation, and enhances both comfort and aesthetics—making it an environmentally friendly product.
The main unit of the Jinwei TPU hot-melt adhesive film extrusion line employs a parallel twin-screw extruder, equipped with an enhanced forced-feed system and a bridge-breaking device, enabling direct processing of shredded materials containing fibrous fabrics and thereby preventing material blockages caused by fabric entanglement. The use of oversized filters and carefully selected metering pumps further eliminates fiber‑induced mesh clogging.
