TPU invisible car wrap is a high-performance, eco-friendly film widely used in the automotive detailing and maintenance industry; it is commonly referred to as a transparent paint protection film. With excellent toughness, once applied, it creates an airtight barrier between the car’s paint and the environment, maintaining a high-gloss finish over time. Through advanced post‑processing, the wrap also exhibits self‑healing properties upon minor scratches, providing long-lasting protection for the vehicle’s paint.
This production line employs a specially designed cast‑film lamination process, featuring an extrusion screw tailored to the unique characteristics of aliphatic TPU materials. It is equipped with a fully automated unwind system for both upper and lower release films, in‑line automatic control of film thickness, and a fully automated winding system—technologies that are well established in the industry—ensuring the line’s stable, automated operation.
