TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a thermoplastic elastomer, is produced as a TPU film through a cast‑film process based on TPU pellets. Jinweier Machinery’s TPU film production line leverages the Group’s decades of equipment‑manufacturing expertise and draws on the manufacturing experience of numerous polyurethane TPU producers, continuously refining and innovating to meet market demands. This equipment can produce TPU films with widths ranging from 1,372 mm to 1,520 mm and thicknesses from 0.02 mm to 3.0 mm, employing one or multiple single‑screw extruders in co‑extrusion mode; each extruder features eight precisely controlled temperature zones. Output capacity reaches up to 600 kg/h, supporting single‑layer, A/B/A, or A/B distribution configurations. The system accommodates simultaneous lamination of release liners and fabric layers on both the top and bottom sides. Equipped with comprehensive PLC control, it requires only one operator for easy operation; key components are designed for convenient disassembly and replacement, ensuring user‑friendly maintenance. A remote‑control port is also provided, enabling global, real‑time monitoring and synchronization. With its high cost‑effectiveness, the finished products exhibit excellent transparency, minimal crystal points, and bubble‑free winding.
