The MDO longitudinal tensile testing machine is a custom‑designed instrument tailored to meet a wide range of experimental requirements. It can typically process materials such as PET, PP, PE, PVDF, PVC, and other specialty polymers. The testing machine can be configured with various functions and capabilities to suit specific customer needs.
Jinweier tensile testing machines are categorized into the following models: sheet‑type testers, thick‑plate testers, cast‑film testers, longitudinal‑stretch testers, coating testers, multilayer‑composite testers, lamination testers, reactive‑extrusion testers, and compounding testers.
The equipment employs co-extrusion technology using one or multiple extruders, equipped with a precision distributor to ensure uniform layering and adjustable layer ratios. It features horizontal, vertical, or inclined tablet‑press configurations for enhanced ease of operation and maintenance. The roller cylinders are driven by independent motors, with linear speed synchronized to the extruder’s rotational speed. The entire system is controlled by a PLC, enabling automated management of parameter settings, data processing and feedback, as well as alarm functions. Jinweier has independently developed the control software.
