What are the characteristics of a sheet‑metal production line?
1. Maintaining the temperature at 1°C allows for precise control of the plasticization process, as well as the thickness and flatness of the sheet material.
2. The present invention employs a horizontal or vertical configuration, allowing for free lifting and lowering, thereby offering greater flexibility during the processing of both thick and thin plates and enhancing plate quality.
3. Precise control of sheet thickness can be achieved through screw adjustment and bidirectional hydraulic roller adjustment.
4. The roll diameter is 350 mm, and a dual-loop cooling system, in conjunction with a mold temperature controller, precisely regulates the roll temperature, ensuring uniform sheet thickness.
5. The slicer and the flat plate are accurate in both length and quantity.
6. The winding station is equipped with a high‑performance torque motor and features four‑axis automatic tension control. It allows for flexible adjustment of both speed and winding tension, enabling flat‑web winding. The desired product width can be freely set to match the slitting unit. The machine also includes an automatic counter to specify the product length.
