The invention relates to an automatic filter‑changing device for a sheet extruder that operates without shutdown, comprising a control module and a roll‑type filter.
The aforementioned coupling control module is positioned between the extruder screw and the feed tube of the extrusion machine. The module incorporates a feed safety passage that connects the extruder screw to the feed tube, as well as a filter‑screen safety passage that encircles the coupling control module and is vertically aligned with the feed safety passage. A roll‑type filter screen is installed at one end of the filter‑screen safety passage; its upper edge enters through the inlet end of the passage and extends outward from the outlet end on the opposite side.
Within the aforementioned connection control module, a first heating zone is positioned at the feed‑channel interface; a second heating zone is configured inside the module, extending from the feed channel to the inlet end of the module. The heating elements in both zones are controlled by the control board, enabling automatic, non‑stop replacement of the filter screen, thereby ensuring continuous operation of the extruder, minimizing energy consumption, and enhancing operational efficiency.
