POE Polyolefin Solar Film Production Line

POE exhibits the typical properties of thermoplastic elastomers: the flexible, coiled structure of the octene segments and the crystalline ethylene chains serve as physical crosslinking points, endowing it with both excellent toughness and good processability.

CPP and CPE Cast Film Extrusion Production Line

The CPP/CPE cast film production line employs either single‑extruder or multi‑extruder co‑extrusion to produce single‑layer or multi‑layer co‑extruded cast films. It can also utilize a multiplier to manufacture 72‑layer cast films. Equipped with fully imported metering pumps and digital precision control of material ratios, it ensures accurate dosing of specialized materials, thereby reducing costs.
