Cast film production line

PA/LCP Film Extrusion Production Line

Thin films can serve as Class F insulation materials and are used to manufacture capacitors, impedance‑type electronic components, flat coil formers, wire coatings, masking materials, vaporizer diaphragms, thermosensitive printing materials, flexible magnetic disks, and photosensitive tapes for photographic applications.

PEEK Film Extrusion Production Line

PEEK film exhibits high heat resistance, excellent electrical properties, and, in particular, outstanding chemical resistance, hydrolytic stability, radiation resistance, and flame retardancy. Its transparency is comparable to that of polyester. Electrically, PEEK film maintains a stable dielectric constant over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies, with low values, making it well suited for applications such as high‑performance composite materials (including laminates reinforced with glass cloth and carbon‑fiber‑reinforced panels), FPC circuit boards, temperature‑controlled films, heat‑resistant electrical insulation tapes, and barrier films for switches and sensors.

PPS Film/Sheet Extrusion Production Line

PPS film is an engineering plastic film with excellent overall performance. Thanks to its high heat resistance, superior chemical resistance, outstanding mechanical properties, and stable electrical characteristics, it is widely used in electroacoustic and electrical applications.

ETFE Film Extrusion Production Line

Easy to recycle, ETFE film is a recyclable material that can be reused to produce new membrane materials or, after impurity removal, to manufacture other ETFE products.

PVC and PVDC cling film production line

Uses of PVC cling film: Cling film is a commonly used packaging material for preserving food. It features moderate oxygen and moisture permeability, helping to regulate the oxygen and moisture levels around the packaged items while blocking airborne dust and bacteria, thereby extending the shelf life of the food.

PE breathable film production line

This production line uses PE breathable granules as raw material and employs the extrusion‑cast process. It melts and extrudes PE‑modified breathable particles containing inorganic fillers, molds them, and then stretches them at a high draw ratio on rollers to produce a breathable film with sub‑nanometer‑scale micropores.

TPU clear protective film production line

TPU invisible car wrap is a high-performance, eco-friendly film widely used in the automotive detailing and maintenance industry; it is commonly referred to as a transparent paint protection film. With excellent toughness, once applied, it creates an airtight barrier between the car’s paint and the environment, maintaining a high-gloss finish over time. Through advanced post‑processing, the wrap also exhibits self‑healing properties, providing long-lasting protection for the vehicle’s paintwork.

EVA solar encapsulant film production line

EVA solar‑cell encapsulant is used for encapsulating photovoltaic cells. After lamination and curing, it provides adhesive sealing, offering high light transmittance, resistance to moisture ingress, excellent thermal stability, and UV‑resistance, thereby ensuring the stable, high‑efficiency performance of the module. It is a durable and reliable encapsulation material.

TPU film production line

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethanes), a thermoplastic elastomer, is produced by casting TPU granules into thin films using a cast‑film process.

PVDF solar backsheet film and cast film production line

Applications of PVDF solar backsheet film: PVDF film serves as a replacement for “Tedlar” in the production lines of solar backsheet composites, and it is also used in seawater desalination, wastewater treatment, lithium‑battery separator lamination, and outdoor architectural membrane projects.

Production of PE breathable film, stretch wrap, cling film, embossed film, and perforated film.

Breathable films, embossed films, and perforated films are primarily used in diapers for infants and adults, as backsheet materials for sanitary napkins, surgical gowns, surgical drapes, maternity pads, and various other hygiene products.

PVB interlayer production line

PVB film is a semi‑transparent interlayer that exhibits excellent adhesion to inorganic glass and possesses properties such as transparency, heat resistance, cold resistance, and high mechanical strength, making it an ideal adhesive for manufacturing laminated glass.
