PVC Ultra-Transparent Crystal Sheet Extrusion Production Line


The Jinwei ultra‑clear PVC soft sheet (crystal sheet) production line uses a single‑screw extruder to produce PVC pellets. Its unique screw design, combined with Jinwei’s vacuum hopper, delivers an exceptionally transparent finish, while the finished product remains flexible even in extreme cold down to –30°C. In terms of auxiliary equipment, the system is engineered according to a multi‑purpose, one‑machine‑for‑multiple‑applications principle: without any modifications to the machinery, it can continuously produce PVC door curtains with three distinct patterns.

PVC free/skin‑formed (wood‑plastic) foam board and construction formwork production line


The PVC skin‑foamed, semi‑skin‑foamed, and co‑extruded core‑layer foamed sheet production line consists of a conical twin‑screw extruder, a sheet die, a three‑roll calendering unit, and auxiliary equipment. The equipment features high output, stable extrusion, a high expansion ratio, and a smooth, wear‑resistant surface. By integrating printing, film‑lamination, and hot‑pressing units, it can also produce a wide range of wood‑grain‑look products for diverse applications. ABS/PMMA composite sanitary ware panel: manufactured via co-extrusion of PMMA and ABS, it retains the surface rigidity and gloss of acrylic while benefiting from the impact resistance of ABS. PEEK Film Extrusion Production Line


PEEK film exhibits high heat resistance, excellent electrical properties, and, in particular, outstanding chemical resistance, hydrolytic stability, radiation resistance, and flame retardancy. Its transparency is comparable to that of polyester. Electrically, PEEK film maintains a stable dielectric constant over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies, with low values, making it well suited for applications such as high‑performance composite materials (including laminates reinforced with glass cloth and carbon‑fiber‑reinforced panels), FPC circuit boards, temperature‑controlled films, heat‑resistant electrical insulation tapes, and barrier films for switches and sensors.
